Pumpkin Streusel Bundt Cake

I couldn't stop eating this, so I quickly portioned out pieces to send home with my guests after we all ate our share. Of course, they loved it. Why? It wasn't so sweet that a vegan could only eat one square inch before launching into a diabetic coma! Originally, the recipe was only lightly dusted with a fraction of a teaspoon of powdered sugar. And you know, that ain't gonna cut it for me! I knew it wouldn't be as tasty without some other flavor and texture to top it with. Therefore, I made a streusel. It was different from ones I had made before, because you used melted butter and then mixed it in the already-warm pan that you heated it with. What? Tried it anyway. Then, I had the splendid realization that it would fit perfectly with my bundt cake because it couldn't melt anymore that it already was in the oven. Wait, don't you normally bake streusel? Downtown Chicago Pictures+Touring German Cousin Around...

Just recently, my cousin came to stay with us from Germany and it's been a blast! We've done a lot of photography together but I think the best so far is from downtown Chicago. Normally, I pictures of mostly nature and food. But recently, I got inspired from my friends instagram:  https://www.instagram.com/yaya_vast/ She takes AMAZING photos of the city! Anyways, we went downtown with my cousin to show her some cool Chicago and I was like... Time for camera action. And I took that. A lot of times I feel like the city is so ugly why would I want to take a freakin' picture of it? But, I realized it was time to embrace were I live. Those towers were so weird and cool I just couldn't resist. Cars were parked in those little cubby areas farther down the building. What a view to come home to and look out of your garage at! Nature is God's Canvas

During my several visits to The Farm, I've found out the nature is not just beautiful, it's breathtaking. So I had the urge to take pictures of it. However, I have a really crappy point-and-shoot camera that aggravates me beyond belief. I'm hoping to get a much nicer one soon. I know what pictures can look like, and being perfectionistic, when I can't get a picture that a 600 dollar camera would take with 30 dollar one, I get frustrated. I guess I'm overestimating what my poor decade-old camera can do.
